I had a big event that motivated me to set up JBS.

I live in Japan and had the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011.

At that time I was worried about what if such a big earthquake hit Bangladesh, as strong buildings in Japan collapsed leaving 15,000 dead and thousands missing by the earthquake.

Also I found Bangladesh insecure and unsafe due to scams by developers around 2011.

Learning from the earthquake and in order to break the current state of Bangladesh, I decided to set up JBS with my some Japanese Business Partners.

Buildings in Bangladesh will be more secure and safe by integrating knowledge of building in Japan.Now I have the three missions in my mind to set up JBS:

First, “deadlines”.

We will keep deadlines to reassure our clients.

Second, “quality”.

Even we meet deadlines, clients wouldn’t be pleased without quality.

Lastly, “standing up for employees”.

Employees come before deadline and quality. Only by caring about employees and facing them honestly keeping their motivation high, we can build a high-quality building.

On the three missions “deadlines, quality, and standing up for employees”, I will keep offering better places to live.

By developing original business model as well as offering town-building for the better future and comfortable life, we will live up to trusts and expectations of all stakeholders including clients.

 

JTCを設立するにあたり、私自身にひとつ大きな出来事があり設立に至りました。

私は日本に住んでいることもあり、2011年に日本で起きた東日本大震災を経験しました。

その時に私は「日本のしっかりした建物でも大惨事になっているのに、この大規模な震災があったときにバングラデシュはどうなってしまうのだろうか。」と疑問と不安に駆られました。

2011年頃のバングラデシュではデベロッパーによる騙しなどがあり、本当の意味での安心、安全が無かったと感じています。

そこで私は震災の経験とバングラデシュの現状を打破するべく、田口茂樹とJTCを設立致しました。

日本人の建物に対する知識を融合すればバングラデシュでも安心、安全な建物を建てることが出来ると考えました。

建物を安心、安全に建てることも大事ですが、私は3つの使命を心に決めています。

まずひとつが「納期」。

納期を守ることにより、お客様に安心感を与えます。

ふたつめは「クオリティ」。

納期を守ってもクオリティが伴わなければ、当然お客様は満足しません。

最後は「従業員を守ること」。

納期もクオリティもすべては従業員ありきなのです。従業員ひとりひとりを大事にし、全従業員が高いモチベーションを保ちながら、ひとつの建物に対し、真摯に向き合うことができます。

私は「納期・クオリティ・従業員を守ること」この3つを使命に、今後も住みやすい環境を提供していきます。
